She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at İnci Holding A.Ş., where she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2013 and 2016. Simultaneously, She is a member of the Board of Directors at Maxion-Jantaş A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at PBA İç ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. and its subsidiaries and Mechanica A.Ş., in which She is an investor. She is a Permanent Member of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cevdet İnci Foundation. Between 1996 and 2013, She served as a member of the Board of Directors at İnci Holding and its companies, which mainly operate in the automotive sub-industry. She worked as a manager in the textile industry between 1987 and 2008. Perihan İnci, who supports Industry 4.0, digitalization and enterprise projects on the platforms she operates, also holds an Angel Investor certificate. She has been Board Member of TUSİAD and has been serving as the chairman of the Digital Turkey Round Table for two terms. She is a Board member of TURKONFED for the 2024 term. She is a member of the EBSO Advisory Board. Being a member of MEFTEK Advisory Board, She served as board member of ESİAD (Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen Association) and TKYD (Corporate Governance Association of Türkiye), of which she is a member. She is a member of various NGOs such as International Women Challenge (IWEC) and TAIDER. Perihan İnci who served as Antalya Honorary Consul of Belgium between 1999 and 2010 was awarded by the Kingdom of Belgium as “Chevalier de l’Ordre de la Couronne (Knight of the Order of the Crown)” in 2010. In 2023, She was reappointed as the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Izmir. She graduated from Galatasary High School in 1982, and later graduated from Istanbul University Philosophy Department in 1986. She completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2007. Perihan İnci, mother of a girl and a boy, speaks English and French.

Mine UTKAN ÇOLAK graduated from Balıkesir University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has since served as planning and sales manager in various local and international companies. Under the guiding principle that `Digital transformation solutions can also be developed locally with Turkish engineering expertise,` she established MECHANICA in 2017. She has signed AI-supported production planning and image processing projects that have made a significant impact in many industries, especially in the automotive main industry, food, and chemicals. As a business strategist and management expert, Mine UTKAN ÇOLAK is a technology supplier on technology platforms such as TÜSİAD SD2 and Rotary Digiverse. She also volunteers as a mentor in the technology clubs of many technical universities.

Born in 1984, Efe CUN graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School and completed his degree in Economics at Marmara University. In 2008, he completed the MBA program at Ege University. Between 2008-2011, he worked in the audit department at Deloitte, and between 2011-2014, he worked in internal audit and financial control at İnci Holding. From 2014 to 2017, he was the Financial Affairs Manager at İnci GS Yuasa. Between 2017 and 2019, he held the position of Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager at İnci Holding. From 2019 to 2023, he served as the Strategic Planning and Business Development Director at İnci Holding. Additionally, he was a Board Member at Yusen İnci Logistics from 2019 to 2023 and an observer Board Member at Rhombus Energy Solutions from 2020 to 2022. In 2023, he became the General Manager of the PBA team. He also holds roles as an Executive Board Member of the İnci Family Office and a Board Member at Mechanica.

After graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Kocaeli University in 2004, İrfan ÇOLAK held various positions such as project engineer, production planning officer, team leader, and R&D manager in Demir Çelik and Industrial Facility Installation projects at Hekimhan Demir Çelik AŞ. He served as the mechanical and automation software leader in numerous filtration system installation and commissioning processes in Spain, Qatar, Monaco, and Turkey with MAT LSS. İrfan ÇOLAK, who previously worked as a Sales Manager at various solution partners of the industrial software developer Dassault Systemes, established MECHANICA in 2017. As the Business Development and Sales Director at MECHANICA, İrfan ÇOLAK serves as a speaker and mentor on technology platforms such as Rotary Digiverse. He also volunteers as a mentor to graduate students at the Ege University PLM Excellence Center.
